-Review KVR's operations, including current and past funding. -Review the existing Feasibility Study and Business Case. -Review the various applications to Grant giving bodies and the supporting documentation. -Produce a Project Plan for the development of the new village shop site - summarising previous work, including detailed project timescales, budgets, cashflow projections, income and spending plans for 5 years, evaluation plan, and project management issues. -Produce baseline data on the local economy -Review the fit of this proposal as far as is relevant with local, regional, National, and European strategies, policies and funding programmes. -Explore and make recommendations on likely sources of capital and revenue funding including for example, South Ayrshire Council,Scottish Government, Leader, other European funding programmes. -Produce the KVR Business Plan and Project Plan for the Community Shop taking account of the Feasibility and Business Case work to date, and firming up on the proposals including proposed activities, operating costs and revenue streams, cashflow and profit and loss projections, &c.
