Provision of Short read genome sequencing e.g. IlluminaWGS, bi-sulphite, ChiPseq, microbiome etc to Divisions within the School of Life sciences, University of Dundee, on a project by project basis.

Renewal: Option for 2 x 12 month extension after initial 24 month term. Subject to satisfactory performance by the appointed service provider(s) and at the sole discretion of the University.

Target capture sequencing

Provision of Target capture sequencing services e.g. exome-seq, Ren-seq etc.to Divisions within the School of Life sciences, University of Dundee, on a project by project basis.

Renewal: Option for 2 x 12 month extensions after initial 24 month term. Subject to satisfactory performance by the appointed service provider(s) and at the sole discretion of the University.

RNA Sequencing Services

Provision of RNA Sequencing Services e.g. stranded and cap-capture to Divisions within the School of Life Sciences, University of Dundee.
