Catering The successful contractor is responsible for providing hot food and hot drinks. The position of the catering outlets is at the discretion of the event organisers. Bar Facilities The successful contractor is responsible for providing a bar facility to include a range of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. The contractor will be the sole provider of alcohol at the events and will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate liquor licence for the designated bar area. All catering staff will be qualified with a food hygiene qualification

Renewal: Option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods.
