### Lot Information

Lot 1

It is the Clients intention to enter into a Contract with a main contractor to carry out the following works: Demolition and renewal of approx. 35nr. existing brick enclosures. Refurbishment of approx. 35nr existing brick bin enclosures involving the lowering of walls by removing 4 courses of brickwork, removing existing roof slabs and building back 1nr course of brickwork as a finish. Associated works shall include new paving, lifting and relaying existing slabs and alterations to existing walls. NB: DUE TO ACCESS RESTRICTIONS THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE UNABLE TO UTILISE LARGER PLANT / MACHINERY WHEN CARRYING OUT THE MAJORITY OF THESE WORKS.
