### Lot Information

Lot 3: Out Of Hours (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, gas engineer, painter, plasterer, builder, roofer, EPC assessor/surveyor, cleaner etc)

Works will consist of general multi-trade responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance for the Out of Hours (OOH) services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot 2: Multi-Trade (General) (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, gas engineer, painter, plasterer, builder, roofer etc)

Works will consist of general multi-trade responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot 1: Void Works (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, painter, plasterer, builder, roofer, EPC assessor/surveyor, cleaner etc)

Works will consist of general multi-trade Void repairs and services to the housing stock.

Lot 12: TV Aerial

Works will consist of general multi-trade responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot4: Medical Adaptations

Works will consist of general Medical Adaptation works services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot 5: Joinery / Glazier / Ironmongery

Works will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot 6: Electrician / Door Entry

Works will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.

Lot 7: Plumber / Gas Engineer

Works will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Lot 8: Painter / Tape & Fill

Works will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Lot 9: Builder / Plasterer
