Lot 1

Inverclyde Council require a Technology Enabled Care Call Handling Service to support more people to fulfil their right to live at home or within a homely setting and promote independent living, together we will maximise opportunities to provide stable, sustainable housing for all.

Renewal: The Council may, at its sole discretion and subject always to satisfactory performance, during the first 24 months of the Contract Period, extend the Contract for a further two periods on a year by year basis from 1 May 2022 until 30 April 2023 (the Extended Period) and 1 May 2023 until 30 April 2024 (the Extended Period).
