It is anticipated that the tender for the works will be issued on a Design and Build basis and that that Employers Agent Services will be required post contract.

It is intended that the design will be developed based on 18 units as the timetable indicated in the tender document. The area of the site to be developed for new build housing is as indicated on drawing noted as 'Option 3' included with tender package. It is anticipated that the tender for the works will be issued on a Design and Build basis and that that Employers Agent Services will be required post contract.. No guarantee can be given at this stage that HAG funding will be approved further to completion of the feasibility study, planning application and tender issue.
