The purpose of this PIN is for Prior Information and Market Engagement only and the Council may choose to competitively tender this opportunity at a later date. ### Lot Information House Share This accommodation will be suitable for people with no/low support needs. Properties should not exceed five bedrooms. Residents will have their own room and share bathroom, kitchen and living/dining space. House Share will not have staff located in the property but will require property checks visits.. Please see PIN Briefing Note for further information. Supported Lodgings This will be suitable for people with low/medium support needs. Properties must not exceed six bedrooms. Residents will have their own room and share bathroom, kitchen and living/dining space Supported Lodgings will have a Peer Support Worker living in the property. They will not be required to be in building 24 hours a day. Supported Lodgings will offer low level Housing Support service to residents that need this. Visiting Support Services will provide support to residents who have a Housing Support Plan and will require access to property to provide this.. Additional Information If providers have specialised experience and knowledge working with particular groups such as young people, older people, people with addictions etc and would like to provide Supported Lodgings specifically for this group then this would also be of interest.
