## Notice

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a supplier for media planning, buying and associated services through a mini-competition from lot 1 of the Scottish Government Framework for the Provision of Media Planning, Buying and Associated Services (contract ref: SP-18-007).
