We require a comprehensive range of day service provision designed to promote recovery, social inclusion, self-determination and to decrease social isolation. Proposed activity should focus on maximising service user independence and deliver a set of outcomes that enable service users to achieve and maintain recovery. Renewal: Option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month periods subject to budget availability and on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Individual Placement & Support (IPS) and Job Retention Individual Placement & Support (IPS) is an evidence base model that aims to support individuals who have long term mental health conditions to secure paid employment opportunities.
