The core requirement of contract is for the provision of an Off-Site and/or On-Site waste paper and secure document Shredding, Destruction and Disposal Service utilising the Supplier's own premises (including Sub-Contractor premises) or the Registers of Scotland premises. The Supplier shall manage the process of securely Collecting, Shredding and the Destruction and Disposal of protectively marked waste, by undertaking this requirement based upon a lowest mile, lowest CO2 emissions and cost efficient basis.. Supplier operates to BS EN 15713:2009 process standard for any on-site or off-site document destruction Supplier shredding equipment is independently DIN 66399 certified Supplier quality management process is ISO 9001:2008 certified

Renewal: Further 12 month + 12 month extension available Estimated value is based on both extensions being exercised
