### Lot Information

Reserve Centres

Heating, Hot and Cold Water Systems, Storage Vessels, Outlets.The delivery of a monthly water sampling check , testing of water , shower heads inspection of tanks for reserve centre Acid descaling and disinfection of outlets. A further interview will take place with the three most competitive bids to assess, structure, on line portal and reporting , management of the contract. Key question will be the mobilisation of the contract and meeting the first inspection dates in April

Options: Emergent works such as tank cleans, dead leg removal are considered as reported and subject to separate orders

Renewal: This will be a rolling contract awarded annually based on performance and RFCA procurement strategy

Cadet Centres

Cadet huts are sampled twice a year 6monthly to cover temp cleaning , and analysis Heating, Hot and Cold Water Systems, Storage Vessels, Outlets. Acid descaling and disinfection of outlets. A further interview will take place with the three most competitive bids to assess, structure, on line portal and reporting , management of the contract. Key question will be the mobilisation of the contract and meeting the first inspection dates in April

Options: All emergent works will priced separately and a purchase order approved. This will cover high bactii counts, dead legs, tank cleans

Renewal: The is a rolling contract awarded annually based on performance and RFCA procurement strategy

Risk Assessment

to undertake risk assessment on both the Cadet and Reserve sites. note a full set of risk assessments exist which will be made available. A further interview will take place with the three most competitive bids to assess, structure, on line portal and reporting , management of the contract. Key question will be the mobilisation of the contract and meeting the first inspection dates in April

Options: any actions arising out of the risk assessments will be costed separately

Renewal: This is a bi annual contract and will be subject to renewal based on performance and RFCA procurement strategy
