The Association is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake electrical audit services. The successful consultant will be expected to provide full audit services of the Association's reactive & planned maintenance contractors. These duties will include, but not be limited to: - Carrying out audits on the technical capability of the contractors on reactive repairs (10%) and on planned investment work (10%); - Providing ad-hoc audit services for any electrical-related matters where technical expertise is required, or where the Association requires a second opinion;. Interested parties should register interest in the notice before the closing date. You will be contacted after this date to discuss further.
