Dividing walls with double doors with materials to match existing as per attached drawing specification. Minor electrical and rain water pipe alterations. Appointed contractor is responsible for their own waste and must not use College skips. Appointed contractor is to provide all access equipment, PPE and courteous workers familiar with working on similar projects involving further education establishments. For visual confirmed areas of work please refer to Appendix G of this document. (Architect's Drawings (3)).
