The majority are Geze and Record units and have been maintained annually since installation. It is expected that each unit will be serviced at least annually to the highest standard, and any reported failures to be attended within 4 hours.. The value for the full life of the framework agreement including the optional extension is not anticipated to exceed GBP 75,000.00 exclusive of VAT.

Renewal: This framework is proposed to be for 3 years (36 months) from the date of award with an option to extend for a further 1 year (12 months).
