### Lot Information

Lot 1

Services comprise grass cutting; grass areas repairs/maintenance; planting; shrub bed maintenance; pruning; weed control; litter picking, path brushing; and hedge and tree maintenance. Ad hoc repair works are also be included to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by Atrium, which will include for example, replacement planting of shrubs and trees and renewal of slabbing and fencing etc. Area plans and scope of works are included with the tender documents.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract annually for a period of up to 36 months, subject to contractor performance.
