Including strip out of existing sanitary fittings and the removal of floor and wall coverings. The Bathrooms shall be converted into wet floor shower rooms with appropriate sanitary fittings suitable for the end user. New floor and wall coverings shall be provided. All work shall include the adaption of existing supply and drainage pipework. In addition to the above it maybe necessary to widen existing door openings where existing opening sizes do not meet the wheelchair requirements.
