This procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with applications due by 24th January 2020. Successful candidates may begin service delivery from 1st April 2020, with the contract set to conclude by 31st December 2022. The total value of this service contract is estimated at £4,000,000. This tender offers a significant opportunity for Third Sector Service Providers, particularly those focused on employability support and skills development. Businesses that can provide innovative solutions to assist unemployed individuals and can collectively offer a multi-stage support system are encouraged to apply. Consortia applications will be considered to ensure clients are able to access the multi stage support they need. Supported through the European Social Fund (ESF), successful providers are required to provide their own match funding to access the European Funds. The Closing date for Challenge Fund Applications is 24th January 2020 with service delivery commencing at the earliest, 1st April 2020 and finishing by 31st December 2022.
