Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The contract may be extended by East Lothian Council for 2 further periods of 1 year East Lothian Council Residential Properties Removals and Storage - Planned and Reactive Removal and Storage service in East Lothian for domestic furniture and personal belongings in relation to the Council's property maintenance programme as well as situations relating to homelessness, abandonments, evictions, decants, Scottish Welfare Fund community care grants and adult social work. Carpet fitting services will be required for removals, primarily associated with the Council's property maintenance programme.
