## Summary

Waverley Housing, a public sector organisation based in Hawick, Scottish Borders, is currently seeking an Employer's Agent for the Upper Langlee Regeneration project, which involves demolition and new build services. The contract, valued at £150,000, is in the active tender stage, with submissions due by 22 January 2020. This project falls under the housing and community amenities category and includes an invitation for interested parties to provide pre-contract and post-contract management services, addressing both cost control and contractor procurement.

Companies with relevant experience in similar projects, especially those focused on design and build contracts, will find this an advantageous bidding opportunity.
