## Summary

NHS Lothian is seeking to appoint a contractor for the "Strategic Plan Development for Staff Health & Wellbeing Activities," aimed at creating a strategic framework to enhance health and wellbeing for both staff and patients. This procurement is currently in the planning stage, with an estimated budget of £15,000. The expected timeline for the release of the brief and specifications is set for the end of January 2020, and the services will be delivered in the Edinburgh & Lothians area.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for consultancy firms specialising in health and wellbeing, organisational development, and strategic planning. Companies that have experience collaborating with health care institutions or have a background in delivering strategic frameworks in public health sectors would be well-positioned to compete. Engaging directly with NHS Lothian's procurement team would be advantageous for those interested, allowing firms to express their intent and ensure inclusion in the forthcoming Quick Quote process.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Edinburgh & Lothians Health Foundation (ELHF) and NHS Lothian wish to appoint a contractor to work closely with them to support NHS Lothian/ELHF and the Staff Experience and Engagement Programme Board to review and or/scope the existing Staff Health and Wellbeing provision across the organisation, including any cross over with the Council provision via the Health and Social Care Partnerships and to develop a strategic framework for Staff Health and Wellbeing outlining how both the organisation, staff and patients can benefit. The output of this assignment will be a bold new strategic framework and action plan. The anticipated total cost (including travel & expenses) of this initial piece of consultancy should not exceed 15,000 GBP. The intention is to release a brief through PCS Quick Quote by the end of January 2020. This is not a regulated procurement.
