The procurement shall be as outlined within this notice and consists of the contract documents for the priced works along with an ESPD document to be filled in by contractor who are not already part of the Orkney Islands Council Dynamic Procurement System (DPS). Should a contractor already be part of this system then they are pre-qualified for this tender process. Any award of this tender will be subject to the contractor passing the ESPD assessment if they haven't already done so.
