Lot 1

The works include the relocation of electrical outlets, storage heaters or radiators, removal of carpets and non-fixed floorcoverings, removal of skirting, facings and coving, the preparation of walls, installation of internal wall insulation, taping, filling and sanding, the refitting or replacement of skirting, window returns, sills and facings, the application of two coats of tenant selected matt emulsion. Room in Roof insulation comprises the installation of mineral wool fibre in the voids between the inner leaf of the room in roof, ceiling and comb walls, fixed with a breathable fibre fixing system, and the roof trusses. Where this is not deemed possible then this will be a contractor designed element and the client will be advised of the best value outcome.
