### Lot Information

Lot 1

Falkirk Council wish to hire a princpal designer to work with us on the delivery of the Zetland Park project, specifically to deliver a package of capital works with an estimated total value of c0.79mGBP. The successful team will be expected to: develop the RIBA stage 3 designs to a stage 4 technical design; obtain any necessary statutory consents for the stage 4 designs; produce necessary tender documentation and assist with the appointment of contractors to construct the project; be responsible for contract administration and regular site inspections; and be responsible for meeting all CDM regualtions.

Renewal: If project delivery runs beyond the end of September 2021, we would seek to extend the Principal Designer's contract a year beyond practical completion.
