### Lot Information

Lot 1

The service is required to maintain our office space to comply with our legislative responsibilities as well as our duties under the terms of our lease. This office space - which is currently leased - consists of approximately 4,000 square feet of floor space that currently contains formal office desks, meeting rooms, various breakout and informal spaces, and separate kitchen and reception areas. We have recently transitioned to agile working and operate a hot-desking culture. Our footprint also includes the toilet and shower facilities at the entrance of the building. Zero Waste Scotland require a Contractor capable of providing a multi-trade single-point solution that provides an efficient cleaning service representing value for money as well as planned and reactive maintenance and repair services.. It is a requirement of this Contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded Contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below: Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 000 000.00 GBP Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000.00 GBP Professional Indemnity Insurance = 100 000.00 GBP

Renewal: Subject to approval by Zero Waste Scotland, there is the option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months each
