Lead on all preparatory work including audits of infrastructure, traffic volumes, activity levels, public realm development opportunities, mapping and interim report. Lead the community engagement including delivery of all public events with partner support from the National Park Authority, the Community Partnership and the Balquhidder, Lochearnhead and Strathyre Community Trust (BLSCT). Timings to be agreed. Lead on delivery of any pilot approach/ street trials if identified, development of concept designs, further community engagement and landowner discussions/ other constraints checking as appropriate. Produce a final report on infrastructure, place-making improvements, land development opportunities and behaviour change initiatives to increase levels of cycling, walking and wheeling in the Lochearnhead area.. funded by sustrans
