## Notice

Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government (SG) with responsibility for administering the process of personal bankruptcy and Trust Deeds, administering the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) and recording corporate insolvencies in Scotland.
