### Lot Information

Lot 1

The supplier will be required to undertake the formative and early operational phases of the Cluster only.They will be tasked with reaching out to aquaculture supply chain across Scotland to raise awareness of the new cluster, help define its scope and how it will create value and benefit for its membership; and how it will have longevity and continuing purpose. The aim is to secure a Scotland wide aquaculture supply chain cluster that has the capacity and capability to operate competitively and achieve success in the growing aquaculture industry, servicing both domestic and global markets. This could include creating opportunities, influencing and innovatively responding to national and global circumstances and dynamics (e.g. political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental), and long-term planning to enable sustained investment and growth.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: HIE reserves the right, on giving reasonable written notice from time to time, to require changes to the Services (whether by way of the removal of Services, the addition of new Services, or increasing or decreasing the Services or specifying the order in which the Services are to be performed or the locations where the Services are to be provided). HIE shall not require any such change other than where it would be permitted by Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
