As part of our Digital Transformation Strategy, COPFS is considering plans to strategically move to other solutions, however, this involves significant work and requires alignment with longer-term case management development planning and funding.

Options: The contract will be awarded for 1 year with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. The requirement will be reviewed each year to ensure this is still the most appropriate route to market and in line with strategic digital plans.
