## Notice

The Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Scotland) Act recently passed by the Scottish Parliament contains some of the most ambitious statutory emission reductions targets in the world. These recommendations will help maximise the economic and social opportunities related to meeting Scotland's climate change targets, while identifying and managing potential risks.As an independent body the Commission requires communication and public relations services that are independent from Scottish Government.
