The objective of this contract is to ensure that Scottish Borders Council is properly and adequately represented in all Court of Session work, and to provide an "out of hour's service" for all court work at weekends and during public or other holiday periods as required. Due to the diversity of services that the Legal Team requires to provide to the Council, it is important that the successful tenderer has experience in all areas and can offer best value.
