Future Contract Opportunity for the Provision of an Initial Creative proposal incorporating a "focal feature" for the City Square, Dundee, possibly extending to look at different streets with possible different themes in relation to Xmas Decoration. Dundee City council is looking to appoint a contractor to design, install and maintain over a 3 year contract with an opportunity to extend further one plus one year in contract. The successful contractor will be expected to have a fixed price for the first three years, thereafter the Council will review the service delivered and future need. The requirement will need to include substantial sustainability proposals in line with Dundee City Council policy.. Dundee City Council wishes to engage with the market to gain interest of potential bidders and you should lodge your interest via PCS no later than Friday 7 February 2020
