The successful contractor will be responsible for the servicing of East Renfrewshire Council's commercial boiler plant. -Annual Boiler servicing to commercial boilers approximately 240. -Annual Gas tightness testing to approximately 45 high schools labs. -Annual Service to convector heaters approximately 250. The council reserves the right to vary the quantities due to changing nature of its estate due to new buildings been added and disposals The form of contract shall be the SBCC Minor Works Building Contract for use in Scotland (2016 edition). Options: East Renfrewshire Council reserve the right to add and remove additional properties to this contract as its estate changes due to disposal and acquisition of properties .
