The services will be for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including autism; mental health problems; and forensic histories; and will be delivered in accommodation that is designed and developed collaboratively. Needs analyses by the two Partnerships have been undertaken to inform call offs from the framework. Supported living and residential care options may be required. Positive behaviour approaches will be central to support strategies. The development of services will be encouraged in both Council areas.
