Demolition and Ground Works

The Procurement process will be conducted under the Restricted Procedure.. Demolition, site clearance, ground works, infrastructure, Roads, Car-parks, foothpaths etc.

Renewal: ACHA reserve the right to extend the DPS for a further 5 years (60 months).

Renewable and New Emerging Technology

The Procurement process will be conducted under the Restricted Procedure.. Solar, PV, Solar Thermal, ASHP, Biomass and District Heating systems. New Emerging Technology, Battery Storage, Vehicle Charging Points and Wind Turbines

Kitchens and Bathrooms

The Procurement process will be conducted under the Restricted Procedure.. Kitchen and Bathroom Installations, Wet Rooms, Aids and Adaptations and Associated Works.

Windows and Doors

The Procurement process will be conducted under the Restricted Procedure.. Repairs and Maintenance associated with Lots 4-8, Insurance Works, Estate Management Works, Internal & External Painting, Access Equipment and Scaffolding, Aids & Adaptions, Water Hygiene Services, Testing and Management, Legionella Control, Lift Repairs, Service & Maintenance and Associated Works.

Energy Efficiency, Roofing and Roughcast

The Procurement process will be conducted under the Restricted Procedure.. External Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Roofing, Roughcasting, Insulation Works, Cladding, Insulated Render Systems etc. and Associated Works.

Renewal: The number of candidates will be dependent on the number of approved companies, awarded on to the DPS Lots.
