Our data centre is space limited and requires a very rack dense configuration of network attached storage devices in order to meet our projected data volumes for the coming years. We also require our NAS devices to be independently managed (not JBOD type solutions) in order to ensure data/service silos for the various international projects we collaborate on which often have different service level agreements in regards to data hosting and service availability.
