The Dundee Flower & Food Festival takes place on the first full weekend in September and we are currently preparing tender documents in the following disciplines to engage with suppliers in the market for this event Bar Facilities Catering Electrical Distribution & Lighting Fencing Festival Co-ordinator Ice-Cream Marquees PA Systems Parking Roadshow & Promotion Security Tables & Chairs Toilets and Buildings Dundee City Council will review this requirement on an annual basis with initial tendering submission being on a One year + 1 + 1 Dundee City Council wishes to engage with the market to gain interest of potential bidders and you should lodge your interest via PCS no later than Friday 7 February 2020 The Council intends to upload the full tender document the following week and full details of the requirement will be contained therein.
