## Summary

The procurement process led by Dalmuir Park Housing Association Ltd. pertains to the Framework Agreement for Replacement Kitchens and Bathrooms, aimed at designing, supplying, and installing new units and associated works for properties in Dalmuir, Clydebank. This contract spans a four-year period starting in April 2020, with a tender submission deadline that has already passed on 21 February 2020. The procurement method utilised was the open procedure, enabling a competitive bidding environment for suppliers within the housing and community amenities sector.

This Framework Agreement presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in construction and facilities management, particularly those with experience in housing refurbishment. Contractors can benefit from a chance to establish long-term relationships with Dalmuir Park Housing Association, with the potential for recurring work through mini-competitions among framework suppliers. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger contractors with a proven track record in similar projects would be well-suited to compete for and successfully deliver on these contracts.
