The project covers 36 blocks of flats in various locations throughout Fife (full address list provided) the budget is circa PS100K+ VAT per year + Fees.The package will include production of a measured bill of quantities, this should be done via measured site surveys. This will be used for procurement purposes via Public Contracts Scotland carried out by the Technical Team at Kingdom Housing Association and all tender submissions will be passed to the consultant for production of the tender report.The price should provide for all general pre and post contract services relating to the services above.
