This programme will complement the work of the HSCP workforce and partners. This programme of work will provide an important contribution to the young people's mental health improvement framework.

### Lot Information

Community Based Service - Glasgow South

Lot 2 Community Based Service - Glasgow South The service will be targeted at young people and will be delivered in an appropriate community venue. It is expected that the provider will be flexible and responsive to local need as appropriate. The service will operate an open referrals process, whereby an individual can refer themselves into the service, as well as accepting referrals from other services, organisations or individuals. The service should mainly consist of a range of individual 1:1 interventions including intensive interventions/crisis based work depending on client needs. There may also be Family based interventions and focused group work delivery as required.

Options: Additional funding may become available during the term of the contract. Additional funding is subject to availability and will be reviewed on an annual basis. Option A is to provide flexibility should additional funding become available and can only be secured by the successful supplier.

Renewal: 2 x 12 months

Youth Health Service - Glasgow City

Lot 1 Youth Health Service - Glasgow City The service will be delivered to young people (aged 11-19) who are accessing the Youth Health Service across the city and who require support with their mental health and wellbeing. The service will be delivered as part of an integrated team approach within the Youth Health Service. The Youth Health Service is delivered in 5 venues across the city, 1 evening per week per venue. During 2020/21 and 2021/22 a further 2 venues will be added: 1 each in Northeast & South bringing a total of 9 services by 2022 (3 per locality). The service should mainly consist of a range of Individual 1:1 interventions including intensive interventions/crisis based work depending on client needs. There may also be Family based interventions and focused group work delivery as required.
