The service will include the provision of 8 and 10 cu yard skips, transportation and subsequent recycling of as much of the resulting skip waste as possible. It will be the responsibility of successful tenderers to segregate waste uplifted (off-site) as skips will primarily contain mixed waste.. The contract will ideally be awarded to a single supplier for a period of 3 years with the option to extend up to an additional 24 months in total; based on the continued needs of the council. The main user of this contract will be Building Services. The contract will be open for other council services. Prices will be fixed annually.
