The homes are all either mid-terrace or end of terrace in viable communities popular with residents. The project will see external insulation and roof works fitted to seventy-four (74) council owned units [end terraced/mid terraced] through offsite preconstructed panels assembled and fitted onsite to achieve higher energy efficiency [EnerPhit] level of insulation. The project is part of the Department of Business Energy & Industrial Strategy's [BEIS] "Retro Fit Challenge" competition..
