Architect services for cyclical & planned maintenance projects across North of Scotland. These projects are likely to include (but will not be limited to) re-roofing work, re-rendering, cladding repairs/replacement, external insulation, window replacements, alteration works, small extensions, upgrades to individual properties or refurbishments to development level. HSHA however, cannot guarantee any spend or any works under this framework. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades may not require services from consultants and may be managed internally by the Association's maintenance officers if deemed appropriate.

Renewal: The Framework will be for a 2 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at HSHA discretion to a maximum of 4 years. The contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published Key Performance Indicators
