The recent Stock Condition Survey has identified 152 blocks with no door entry. This contract is the first phase of blocks identified as wholly owned by DGHP. This contract will enable improved home security and DGHP control of entrance access re-programming of access saving time, money and improved customer service. To improve the quality and sustainability of our housing stock, communities and the environment in a cost-effective way, for the benefit of our customers;
