Lot 1

The Council currently utilises its own data centres in Caird Street, Hamilton and Council headquarters. The Council requires to exit the Caird data centre no later than 30 June 2021. In order to facilitate the exit from the Caird data centre there is a requirement to undertake works to allow IT Services to arrange the migration of IT data from Caird Street to new IT hubs in Almada Street HQ and Brandongate. Works are to comprise principally of upgrading / expansion to existing mechanical and electrical services including upgrade to the existing aircon systems and electrical services.
