As an initial step this role will also have to define, manage and receive a handover from the Implementing supplier company.* Maintain an understanding of the current and evolving IT Landscape and identify potential improvements now and longer-term. This will be directed by a strong awareness of digital strategy, new ways of working and emerging technologies.* Ensure the measurement of infrastructure service against SLAs and assist with fault resolution and maintain relationships with, manage and support third parties in providing infrastructure services.* Work with technical architects to translate architectural designs into operations.* Governance over infrastructure cost optimisation and performance efficiencies. Responsible for the development and operation of infrastructure cost management and optimization processes.
