## Summary

The LHC for the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) is planning a re-procurement of its modular buildings framework, titled "Design, Supply and Installation of Permanent and Temporary Modular Buildings". This procurement falls under the goods category and targets the public sector, specifically in areas such as education, healthcare, and community buildings, including emergency services. The planned procurement process aims to engage with potential suppliers and collect market feedback in advance of the official tender. Interested parties should register their interest in this project by 3rd August 2020, as part of early market engagement activities.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in modular construction, roofing, and related services. Companies involved in design, supply, installation, and project management of modular buildings will find this project particularly relevant. The framework seeks to establish a comprehensive solution encompassing design, supply, installation, and commissioning, allowing suitable firms to become key suppliers for public sector projects in the UK. Engaging in this process may lead to long-term partnerships and contracts within the growing market for modular and temporary buildings.
