### Procurement Information

Following a review of the day centres and the services they provide and a review of providers available to deliver such services, the Council have remodelled the service to provide an equitable funding package to providers. This ensures continuity of service provision which provides value for money to the Council and meets the needs of those using the day centre services. All providers have been assessed against the mandatory exclusion grounds, regulation 58(1) and 58(3) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 .
