## Notice

COPFS utilise VMware products in a number of ways, and over time the licencing of these has become increasingly difficult to manage. We have many licenses and different contracts ending at different times, and so are looking to consolidate these. This contract consolidtes the majority of the VMware licencing and covers the virtual environments, including VDI, and our Airwatch/Boxer requirements. Some new licenses were procured earlier in 2020 and these will need co-terminating in 2021 due to VMware inflexible licencing model.
