## Summary

The Scottish Government is seeking to procure an Offender Risk and Needs Assessment and Case Management Instrument for the period of 2020-2024. The contract, valued at £325,000, will be utilised by 32 local authority Criminal Justice Social Work departments and the Scottish Prison Service across Scotland. This procurement process, defined as an "open procedure," has completed the tender stage, with the award notice issued on 1 September 2020. The successful supplier is Multi-Heath Systems INC., and the contract addresses essential public services in the field of offender rehabilitation. The procurement process was initiated on 2 September 2020.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in the provision of social services, data management solutions, or software development tailored for criminal justice systems. Companies that specialize in risk assessment tools, case management systems, or have experience in delivering services to government entities would be well-positioned to compete in future rounds of procurement within similar domains. As the contract allows for an optional 12-month extension, maintaining a relationship with the Scottish Government could lead to continuous engagement and further business growth in public services.
